International phone numbers

Here in the Philippines trying to finish my check in and excursion planning for Mariner 4/22 out of Dubai, cannot get into Cruise Planner. For phone numbers it gives me all the USA and Canada info, with a bar to click on for international numbers, I get nothing. Can anyone supply me with the international phone Numbers? Starting Holy week, 3/25, gonna be very busy and traveling a lot before we get to Dubai. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
