How soon is OBC added

Hi,

I booked a South Pacific Cruise on Explorer for next month, it was during the WOW 'Sale', and since it was a balcony I should have received $200 OBC, but when I received my invoice there was no mention of the OBC, and it stated it was part of the Going Going Gone sale. There's nothing popping up when I have a look at the cruise planner. Will it be added closer to the cruise or shall I contact them?

I would contact them because those are two different sales. You might want to try and get that straightened out. I will not speculate on how your booking was completed. The Going, Going Gone sale does not offer onboard credit.

Thanks, yeah I will talk to them, not too bothered as I wasn't expecting it but had a look at their site later and noticed the OBC was on offer so thought I might have been eligible as I'm sure it was one of the cruises part of the WOW sale.
