Celebrity cruise and Weight Watchers...is it possible? Ha ha......

I see where several posters indicated that salt is high on-board, one can request a low or no salt added to their meal before hand and remind the wait staff when they are taking your order.

 

It may or may not work but worth a try regardless....

Good idea. Remember though that salt is not a weight gain issue - it's a blood pressure issue.

 

j - some people retain a lot of water, as well, when having a great deal of salt. Which results in bloating and the like.
