39august Posted March 23, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2018 In case anyone has wondered if they are covered on the day of ship debarkation, the answer is yes. We missed our flight due to fog in Galveston in Feb and had to spend the night in a hotel. No charge from SW to change tickets, but I filed a claim for the price of the hotel and taxi. (no food charges because hotel provided dinner) Got confirmation early today that the claim is being reimbursed.
