Royal Caribbean Crown and Anchor Society points

First time cruiser here. My husband and I, and our three 19-22 year old daughters, will be sailing on Royal Caribbean in June. I was wondering about the Crown and Anchor Society points. Does each person earn points, or does the person paying for the trip earn the points? Thank you for your help.

Each person will have their own membership and accrue their own points. Who pays is not relevant. EM
