Not exactly. If you go to this link and read - you'll find:

...with the exception of embarkation day, when Guests are permitted to bring on board with them two (2) bottles of wine (which are subject to a corkage fee)...

We Tried Concierge Class on our last voyage, Transatlantic. The difference in the room service menu for breakfast alone is worth the $$ difference. Our cabin steward set the table on the balcony with white table cloth every morning, exactly when specified, and laid out fabulous breakfast with things like fresh asparagus omelette, and danish ham chilled and rolled to perfection. There were many other choices.
