2 week Med Cruise and Dining questions

Hi Everyone, I am brand new to cruising outside of the US! We are so excited about our upcoming trip onboard Navigator. I was wondering how the Main Dining Room menu works on a 2 week cruise---do they just repeat the menu or switch things up? Also, I have celiacs disease---this is noted in my reservation. Does anyone have any knowledge of GF availability on Navigator? Thanks for your help!

They have around 14 different menus. Some entrees may be repeated, but you will likely have a unique menu each night. I've not seen any scans of two weeks of menus.

I haven't done 14 nights since 2012, but have done 12 nights. As I remember the menu did change each night.
