How far out are Shore Excursions offered?

We are going on our honeymoon on Dawn 10 day Southern in December and only see 11 shore excursions and most have 1 star reviews.

We have the $50 per port credit but I also want to book private if there is not anything that is worth our while. When should I expect to see the bulk of the excursions pop up?

Shore excursions will show up as contracts with vendors are finalized.

 

I have a cruise over a year out with 30 excursions showing. I have had other cruises with excursions showing up at 30 days to go. No rhyme or reason to it.
