One side of the menu will change every night, the other side does not.

Thanks so much for the info. Someone that had been on an NCL ship said they never changed the menu & I was curious as we're thinking of booking the Pearl for the canal cruise.

NCL has 14 MDR menus for dinner that they rotate on ships in the fleet, based on provisioning and chef's choice, etc.

However, it's the SAME daily lunch menu in the MDR - it is fine as it has about half a dozen of "entree" items to choose from for shorter 3 to 7 day cruises. But, it does kind of get, IMHO, boring for a 10, 12 and 14 days (or, longer) itinerary with sea days ... you can try to eat in the buffet on some days, add in O'Sheehan's ... however.

Who knows, maybe, changes are coming in 2018 ... (hopefully) without more "upcharge". There are some items on the Room Service delivery menu (for a "nominal" fee) for consideration. I know, such first world problems ... that we have to worry about.
