Excursions with kids - Group of 15

We are a group of 15. 6 adults and 9 children ranging in age from 5-14. We are looking for excursion ideas in St. Martin. We are interested in Maho to watch the airplanes but not too fond of a super crowded beach. So we are open to other ideas. What would be the best beach or beach-included excursion? Or what can we do on our own to have a fun filled day?

Take bus or cab to mullet bay and walk over to maho for planes.
