Eventually they will, since these "freebies" packages are their normal promotions.

 

Since you are looking at this time when those promotions are not being offered to you yet, take note of the current prices for the cabin choices you are considering. I say this because you should be aware that nothing is free and that way you will be able to better assess how much you actually pay for your drinks package. Of course if you do drink, no matter what an included package will work out to your benefit, so just be a little patient.
