Sirloin is much less expensive, not sure that is a change for the better. Good Sailing Tom I think the key is for little changes that many won't notice, but saves money. Like the last time I was on Oceania(end of Dec) they no longer listed the pork chop in Jacques or Polo as Iberico de belota, but the menu on the website still says it.
