Free Mineral Water & Coffee for UK & Ireland Markets

I saw MSC is now offering free water & coffee in the dining rooms for UK & Irish bookings (previously it was only US bookings), on all cruises outside the Caribbean (where water is offered anyway).

Seen this promotion also and was wandering what they mean with "canvas". Sailings?

 

Anyway it is just an ongoing promotion, I don´t think it is permanent.

 

And I don´t think water is offered for free in the Carribean for Non-US-Pax. Maybe only on Divina and Seaside? I heard the Europeans had to pay on the cruises that include Havana.

Is this just for Sailings From the Uk and Ireland or for UK and Irish bookings??
