Free WiFi at Port Everglades?

We were thinking of getting Uber from Port Everglades to a hotel in Miami when we disembark Silhouette, but won't have data on our phone. Could we book using WiFi in the terminal. We will have a phone with a US number but no data

Although there is free wifi in the departure areas of the terminals, I have had constant difficulty in getting wifi in the disembarkation terminals.

 

Perhaps someone else will chime in to confirm that wifi is available in the luggage/customs areas?
