Carnival Victory and Spa Deck room any issues?

I just booked a quick 3 night to nassau and went with a guarantee balcony room and they assigned me 1103. So I had noticed others mention noise from lido deck music in the spa rooms but wondering if anyone whos been on victory had an issue? Also with a Spa level room do we get any special perks? Fingers crossed lol
