Also perhaps bad knees, using a chair, scooter, or walker, having a bunch of kids, too tired or too much to drink, being on a cruise, etc.

Let me clarify that, in MOST cases it's laziness.

Sure there are a few people who actually need to be catered to.

So let then pay the small service charge for the convenience. Nothing worn with that.

For most people laziness is the definition of a cruise. It’s a vacation! The right to be lazy is the first thing that should be included in the fare.
