Manhattan Tour

Hi, we have about 12 hours between the time we arrive back in NY/NJ and our flights. We found a tour of Manhattan that includes being taken to LGA. Has anyone ever done this? We are wondering if we actually get out at the 911 museum. If so, we wil plan something else for before the cruise as that was on our itinerary. Thanks

You're coming into Cape Liberty on Anthem and have a 7 pm flight from LGA. Are you talking about the RCL Manhattan tour that ends with a drop off at LGA in the early afternoon?

We did this last September to kill time before flight home. Left CL about 0930 and through the Holland tunnel into NYC. I think we did things in this order...down to Battery Park area, where we were supposed to get out to use the loo (if needed), but it was all cordoned off for some reason, so we didn't stop...past 'the bull' on Wall St (quick stop for someone to fight their way through the tourists to get a photo), then stopped near 9/11. Walked to the pools and had about an hour to walk round the area, but nowhere near enough time to join the queue for the museum, let alone get in! Back on the bus and went along banks of the East river past Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, up to the corner of Central Park and past UN building, past Trump tower and Rockefeller Plaza, past the 'Naked Cowboy', brief glimpse of Empire State then out throught Lincoln tunnel to EWR, dropped there at 1430. A real whistle stop tour and more of a time killer than anything else, but worth the money I think.
