Voom Cheaper - Did I mess up?

Hello All,

Voom was cheaper so I cancelled what I originally ordered and reordered at the cheaper price. What I forgot was, some of my onboard credit was used to pay for the original transaction. Did I loose that amount or will my onboard amount that was 'refunded' show up in my account?

The onboard credit that you used for the original transaction should have appeared back on your Cruise Planner as soon as you cancelled the original purchase.

Thanks for the quick response. That is what I was thinking that it would be fairly quickly. Of course, I tried to verify just now and I can't get into Cruise Planner. Such is life in the RCL website...if it doesn't show up, I guess I will have to call.
