Every agent I spoke to on Wednesday and Thursday last week to book and pay for the cruise were fantastic. As the cruise was a surprise for my Mom, I called to get her email added to the reservation after the reveal. They ended up locking us both out. I called back, they unlocked me but forgot to unlock her... So another call but we also asked about booking a hotel for the night before in Orlando. He tells us theres one single room left at Park Place Inn. I pay for that but we never got our receipt. I call AGAIN and they resend confirmation... But he booked it for post cruise. Another phone call and now there's nothing left and I bave to pay $200 CAD more for "the last room at all hotels" at Caribe Royal. Beautiful hotel but way, way more than we expected to be paying due to their mess up. Do you think theres any chance they'll do anything if I politely explain the frustration?
