Coupon Book Questions

We pre-booked almost everything for our upcoming cruise. Spa, Internet, excursions.... My travel agent just gave me a coupon book with a 20% coupon for the spa. Will they give me a refund of the 20% onboard if I give them this coupon even though we already paid? I don’t want to risk losing my time slot, otherwise I would just cancel it and rebook it once we get onboard.

Ask your travel agent about the restrictions for using the coupon. They usually require reservations to be made onboard and on port days.
