Technically no but they don’t seem to ever enforce it.

 

Since it can’t be checked and has to be carried on, remember the rooms won’t be ready until 1pm so you will need a way to drag it around until then.

Water yes. The water on board happens to be good. Just need a sports bottle. Not sure about juice?

Juice is available at breakfast...no additional charge. Bring a container if you want some later in the day. Otherwise, get your juice fix in the AM!

I would need Pineapple juice. I'v never seen it on any cruise line. Thanks for confirming it is available on board.
