Is it possible to pay for priority boarding on NCL Escape leaving from NYC?

Welcome to the forum. The answer is no but if you are in the Haven suites that is one of the perqs.

No...only Carnival charges for "priority" boarding. In reality, if you arrive once boarding has started, it's 1st come, 1st served. Not a big issue.

No. There is really no need for priority boarding. Show up at the port around 10:15, there will be only short lines. General boarding will start around 11:30 and you will walk right on. The Buffet and O'Shehans will be open for lunch. Main Dining Room opens at noon.
