Mariner of the Seas-RCI FEBRUARY 25, 2019 cancelled/chartered.

Yesterday I received a message from Royal Caribbean informing me that my February 25, 2019 cruise on Mariner of the Seas is canceled as it has been chartered.

 

I have since rebooked on the February 18th cruise. They preserved the rate for the balcony stateroom that I had paid and due to lack of availability bumped me to a better balcony stateroom category.

 

For my troubles, RCI has posted $100 OBC to my account. All in all, I have a better stateroom and more cash. However, the compensation for flights is not great. It is a good thing I didn't book those. Anyone who booked flights early will not be happy.
