I loved Icy Strait Point. What are you planning on doing there?

 

We're doing an ATV expedition. Had so much fun on one on Kauai thought we'd give one a shot a little further north.

We started to see the farmland of North Snohomish and Skagit Counties.

At Mount Vernon, We pulled into a siding to allow the Southbound Amtrak Cascades train from Vancouver BC to pass.

I reminded Susan that we would be crossing into Canada shortly, and she needed to eat her Apple she picked up at the hotel that morning. She wasn't allowed to transport fruits across the International Border!

 

Quick joke: Why does Amtrak only carry Pepsi on its train to Canada?

 

It doesn't want to transport Coke across the border.
