Does NCL allow passengers not on a cruise tour to debark at Hellesylt???

You might want to check with NCL as Hellesylt is a port that is used for shore excursions that will meet the ship in Geiranger. Since the ship does not stay in Hellesylt for the day the rules for leaving the ship there may be different than other ports - you need to get to Geiranger to get back on the ship.

Plus, on the July 15th cruise, we are only there 1 hour. I am pretty sure it is to just allow those on NCL land tour off......but, you never know. I also think it is a tender port, so there is no way they could let 2000 people off and back on again in 1 hour. Impossible.

It wasn't a tender port when we were there on Jade in June 2017. Some people got off and wandered around and then came back onboard, but there wasn't much in the immediate vicinity of the dock.
