Any US pax have access to the Cuba Travel Authorization form? I'm trying to get pre-authorization from work but I don't see the form on the website (and the e-documents aren't available until 20 days out, which is of no help to me).

I don't know about MSC but you can find these forms on the Carnival site. Check it out and see if it is Carnival exclusive or not.

Yeah, the RCI and NCL forms are out there, but they're different from each other (and I'm guessing different from what MSC does/will have). I've got plenty of time, and I'm sure something will be available once the US-based itineraries start sailing in December, but I was just trying to get my ducks in a row as early as possible.
