Duffle bag as luggage

I am thinking about using a large duffle bag as one of my bags. It doesn’t lock. Do you think that will be ok? I am only planning on putting shoes and hoodies in it.

it will be fine...but are you flying? My sister brought a large duffle bag on her last trip and HATED it, said it really hurt carrying it on her arm and we ended up having to put it on top of my roller bag because it simply hurt her to much to carry on her shoulders, cutting into her skin...something to think about :)

My wife and I both have large rolling duffel bags from L.L. Bean. That's what we've used for our longer trips for the last six or seven years.
