brandonjordyn Posted July 12, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 12, 2018 I heard that there is an email address for the Haven concierge. If anyone happens to have it I would really appreciate it! Thank you!

Rare BirdTravels Posted July 12, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 12, 2018 I heard that there is an email address for the Haven concierge. If anyone happens to have it I would really appreciate it! Thank you! NorwegianConciergeDesk@ncl.com. 855-625-4283 You can not email the ship directly. We find the pre-concierge pretty useless. They explicitly offer to help you with coffees (regular or decaf) and pillows. No thanks. The very best thing to do is to get on the ship and engage directly with your butler, your room steward, and your concierge (and their staff on large ships). Building a relation with them will help you more.

For our first Haven cruise in June (Jewel) I got no reply from emailing them, but when I called I was able to get pillows, frig, and all options taken care of (and there WAS follow through). Hopefully that will also be the case in the Epic in Jan. In my experience on any cruise line, forget email (although many of us much prefer it).
