Yes, and usually on the port side of the Lido (pool) deck.

And if you book on the Escape no need to bring cigarettes, just inhale plenty of second hand smoke on most of the casino level

Yes as to certain areas in the casino, and also yes to other designated areas on the ship. Smoking is not allowed in cabins or on balconies.

They had new signs up that you can only smoke if using the casino to stop others increasing it by using it as a smoking area. Epic in May had made an area non smoking too.

There has always been a non-smoking section on the EPIC casino -- I did the slots there back in 2013.
