Dreaming of dessert.....

Last when I was on the Summit we enjoyed eating in Qsine and for the finale I had the most delicious dessert ever....The Chocolate Tombstone.....for anyone who has not experienced this it is 3 layers of heaven, hazelnut, rice crispy Nutella base, topped with chocolate mousse and covered in ganache. I’m curious has anyone enjoyed this in any other restaurants? Last when I was on Equinox I did not see it on any other menu, I’ll be on the Equinox again soon and I would love to track it down!!

I thought it was a super dessert as I love chocolate. Only in Qsine.

While it is only available at Qsine, there was something very similar in the MDR one night: the chocolate croustillant. Its a holdover from the old dessert menus, along with the frasier strawberry cake.

Oh I can hardly wait for "my" Crème Brule'. I just love it. Just a few more days until I can get it. I've tried making it at home, but it just didn't taste the same.
