OceanaThank April 4th cost of restaurants

we are thinking of taking a cruise on the P&O Oceana next April. I was reading about the restaurants and buffet, I'm unsure about the buffet, is there a charge or not for eating there? It stated it is open 20 hours per day, and a surcharge. All others cruise lines we've been on (18 in all) there isn't a charge for the buffet.

There is no extra charge for the buffet.

One side of the buffet becomes the Beach House in the evening and that has a surcharge. The other side has the usual buffet.
