Parking at Port of Miami: timing question

After many “fly in” cruises, we now live in Florida and can easily drive to ports. So, any tips from those who have been driving and parking at ports are appreciated.

We are driving to POM for NCL Getaway cruise on a Sunday next month. Plan to park in a garage at the port for safety and convenience. Any suggestions on best time to arrive to easily find spaces? Which garage should we use or will it be obvious which parking garage is cloesest to the Getaway?

on average as many cars leave from the last cruise as need to park for this cruise so space is not an issue

IME there are signs that direct folks for cruise X to garage Y ..... which is the garage closest to the terminal for your ship ...

If you arrive about 10--10:30 most of the departing cruisers are long gone; there will be sings pointing you to the correct garage. You can drop bags with the porters first, or park and then bring your bags - your call!
