Suite questions

Next month I will be on the Star in a suite for the first time. What kind of amenities can we expect? Will there be bottles of water in the room? What can we request from the Butler to make use of him/her? We already have our excursions/dinners booked. Thank you in advance!

I was in a suite on the Dawn. There's a free bottle of sparkling wine on the first day. There was a coffee maker in the room that gets replenished. You'll pay for water / mini bar etc. Butler was like a senior room steward for us, brought snacks mid afternoon and will be the person to answer your call. They can arrange room service, help unpack etc. The concierge is like onsite guest services, She in our case was helpful with booking activities and resolving a problem. Suite guest get preferred seating in the theater and have a private breakfast restaurant. The concierge can also arrange for priority exit from the ship at ports.

you still have to pay for water in a suite. I believe you get one bottle free on embark day.

we ask our butler to empty fridge and leave us two pitchers of water and fresh lemon. we drink a gallon a day each so this is imporant to us. the ship water tastes great and is free.

we also ask the butler to bring us a cheeseplate every night around 9pm. its then perfectly room temp when we return at midnight after shows, partying, casino time, etc.

we also order room service for breakfast on port days. just this last time we did dinner in the room one ngiht which was nice. we aslo order a lot of late night pizza.
