Capt_BJ Posted August 13, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2018 (edited) UBER or taxi .... I sure would not mess with Metro at this time .... a taxi should run around $22 (plus tip) http://www.miami-airport.com/library/map-taxis-supershuttle-rates.pdf and glad you made a booboo with MCO cuz I was gonna WHAAATTTTTT? ************** temptation always is to use a shuttle problem is if you can figure out how to read the chart I linked shuttle is only less for ONE ... if you have TWO people it costs MORE. ****************** BTW from the airport website: Transportation Safety Tip Passengers at MIA are advised to ignore offers of transportation from solicitors inside the terminal. Solicitation of ground transportation is an illegal activity and many illegal solicitors are unlicensed and uninsured. To obtain safe and legitimate ground transportation, please be sure to go to the designated Taxi and Shuttle stands that are located at the lower-level curb, outside of the baggage claim area, where uniformed Miami-Dade Aviation Department staff members will be happy to assist you. disneylover89 Posted August 14, 2018 #4 Share Posted August 14, 2018 We have used both uber and a taxi to get there. Uber was better.
Rare Host CJSKIDS Posted August 14, 2018 #5 Share Posted August 14, 2018 Uber is going to be cheaper, usually runs me around $18 and I’m within a very short walk to your hotel. I did a taxi in July because we got in late and I didn’t feel like waiting for the Uber and that cost $25.
