Has anyone used this? Do you have to join and pay a membership fee? How is their customer service? I tried calling on Friday but was on hold so long, I finally hung up.

 

I am trying to book a flight from Madison to Fort Lauderdale on March 10 through the 19th.

The online booking company you talking about does sound good at first glance. I have seen several complaints show up over the past couple of years. I can't remember hearing anything good about anyone finding a great deal. I do remember someone complaining that they could have gotten the same airfare booking on their own. I would recommend monitoring sidestep.com for airfares. Good luck. Tim

Have not used them, prefer to find my own via sidestep, kayak, etc. But I think you just answered your own question.;)

I believe that like kayak, sidestep and bestfares they are good for your research options. Once you find a reasonable and efficient flights, go to the airlines web site and see what you find.

With the wonderful advice from this forum I (just this past Weds.) found through kayak.com a wonderful $178 fare, non stop, round trip from Kansas City to Ft Lauderdale traveling for my spring break cruise in late March.
