Paris on a Sunday

No. Paris is a major city with high tourist business. Might there be a few places closed, perhaps to noon? Yes. But the vast majority of places will be open. Particularly tourist oriented business.

Sundays in Paris are fine :). Yes, many stores are closed, especially in the major tourist areas. But the place to shop on Sunday's is in the Marais District where nearly all the stores are open and doing a thriving business.
