What's the latest time we can disembark HAL in Buenos Aires?

Most likely you will have to be off the ship by 9:30am or so. They have to clear any customs formalities by ensuring everyone is off, before they can start the next round of embarkation day activities. Good time to arrange a city tour and a wonderful luncheon (if you like meat) if your flight leaves later in the day.

And even if you are not a meat eater, their roasted red peppers and papas fritas with chimmichurri sauce are also wonderful. The area around the ship and getting into town goes past the BsAs main train station and can be a little dicey to do on your own. A good route if it feels comfortable for you to walk is to take Calle Florida all the way down to the main square. BsAs has a good subway system too. Just be very aware of your surroundings and anyone who approaches you about anything. BsAs has remarkable charms, but again now a very troubled political and economic situation. You are best to do this with a guide today. It is such a gorgeous city, esp. when it was in its prime.

Thanks for the help. I just wanted to make sure we didn't have to leave earlier than the norm because we overnighted there. We have a tour and airport transfer scheduled but didn't want to start too early. 9:30 should be great.

Please do not rely on this time - this was an educated guess - it can change depending on ship and location. See if you can confirm this time with HAL if you are going to make your plans. We always want to stay on as late as possible, but it seems like the maximum has been 9:30 am.

Once we were transferring from the Rotterdam to the Maasdam in the same port - one was right behind the other and we had hoped we could make an easy and immediate connection. But we had to get off one several hours before we could embark on the other. So we had to wander with our luggage having been kicked out of our old home before we could move next door to our new home. We wished we could have just tossed our suitcases from the back deck to the front deck between those two ships. Not to be - we had to clear the one ship by 9:30am and then wait for the next ship to clear and embark after 11:30am.
