Gitchies Posted September 3, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 3, 2018 Considering an upcoming cruise in Room # 6425 on the Carnival Conquest ~ any info regarding this room location? Should we upgrade if possible? Pros/Cons from anyone that has stayed in this location? Any insight would be appreciated.
CruzinCpl20 Posted September 3, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 3, 2018 That is a basic balcony room which is very nice. You have staterooms above you and a dance club and alchemy bar below you. Not sure how early you go to bed. You may have a little noise but nothing major. Usually, it is when noisy areas are above you that you may be bothered by noise. evandbob Posted September 3, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 3, 2018 If you were further aft, you would hear noise from the piano bar or the comedy club. By 1am, both areas are usually quiet. You;ll probably hear some noise from the disco, depends on how early you go to sleep and what state your hearing is in.
Lee Cruiser Posted September 3, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 3, 2018 Can't speak directly to the Conquest. We haven't been on it before, but we will be in a couple of weeks. However, We made the mistake of getting in that area on the Sunshine a few years ago. It was a pack and go deal. You could hear the music until well after midnight. We made the decision then that we would not book above the promenade deck again. Always choose areas with cabins above and below even if it costs a little extra.
