Ang16430 Posted September 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 4, 2018 My family and I are planning on going on a cruise in a few years. My question is if we are booking adjoining rooms does it book as one room or two? I know they have kids sail free at times and we want the extra room for my mother in law and one of our kids but we want to see if we can get the best deal if we book when they have a special. mykeb14 Posted September 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2018 It would be booked as 2 rooms. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
SadieN Posted September 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 5, 2018 FYI You want Connecting cabins to have a door inside the cabins. Adjoining means they have a solid wall between them. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

dmdiver Posted September 5, 2018 #7 Share Posted September 5, 2018 2 cabins is considered 2 cabins, whether they connect or not. I don't think they do a kids sail free promo, but the 3rd & 4th fare is less than the 1st & 2nd for the same cabin. We used to put our 3 kids in the cabin next door to us. It was more expensive than booking all of us together in one cabin, but the benefit of a 2nd bathroom and adult privacy was well worth it. Plus, I'm not sure how many cabins would have accommodated all five of us anyway.
