Jeep rental

we will be on Aruba 1pm-11pm in Nov. onboard Carnival Sunshine .interested in a Jeep rental. checked Royal website. states their office closes at 5pm. would like to do the island on our own. interested in going to Arikok Nat. Park, Conchi, Bushiribana, Hadicuri Beach, 2 adults mostly interested in scenery, snorkeling, beaches, coves and places along way for food (esp. fresh fish!) and cold beer with a view. not interested in Butterfly farm, ostrich farm, and have read the California lighthouse is not worth the trip or cost. does Arubus go to any of these places? would walking from the cruise terminal to downtown be safe at night? also the insurance chart on Royal was confusing. looked like 2 different rates for collision and theft. any input would be appreciated.
