Bliss non suite balcony that looks straight down to water

Searching Bliss for a non suite balcony that can look straight down to water. Deck 8 large balconies are sold out and only a few aft facing balconies are left and they are all on deck 9 and might be noisy. Plenty of other regular balconies are still available but not sure which one to choose.

 

Any others that have straight down water view? If not, any recommendations in general?

I don't think any NCL Bliss balconies besides the ones you mentioned can look straight down. They all look down to the Waterfront.

 

Others can correct me if I am wrong.

Not sure what “look straight down into the water” really means.

 

As pointed out, most rooms can see a narrow piece of the waterfront walk that is exposed. But it is virtually a look down at the water.

 

If you are talking about looking down at lifeboats, unlike other ships, the lifeboats on the Bliss are inboard and do not hang out over the side.
