Does Celebrity offer the MDR Embarkation Luncheon in Concierge Class on the 5 night cruises? If they do what hours is it offered? Appreciate your response, thanks.

Although you didn't mention the ship or what port you're sailing from, I've always seen it offered. It is held in the MDR between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM. You must be seated between those times.
