Symphony- deck 7 or 8 access from stern to aft blocked

Hi 

I know the oasis class ship has the Boardwalk sign that block access for people trying to get to the left or right of the ship. Like if my room is on the stern side I cant access the elevators on the aft because of the sign blocking the access. I was wondering if the sign is blocking deck 7 or 8 on the symphony, Thank you.
