I believe your zoom level is larger than the p[age fit, if you zoom out you should see it.

 

hold the Cntrl key and press the minus key  - (zoom outl) or hold cntrl key and scroll if you have a scroll mouse so it zooms out, or click the 3 dots on the for right

Being a very Senior-Citizen, with failing vision... 

I enlarge the contents of my monitor...

so I can see/read the contents

Maybe staff could allow the "user" area to stay visible and eat into the "white space" in the middle instead of hiding the user controls and leaving the "white space" when zooming  out or add a scroll bar to the bottom the window so its visually apparent to the user. @CC Help Jenn
