I've seen the  "constrained by draught" come up on AIS before, when all was well, but I have seen Britannia looking as though she was in the Scilly Isles, doing constant flits between islands! I think there must be a passenger ship called Britannia working from there, and MT gets mixed up!

There is indeed a small passenger boat called Britannia serving the Isles of Scilly. She boasts some nice open-deck seating, and not much else...

Yes, been on her several times. The bar is limited but the entertainment is top notch. And no one reserves sun loungers!
