Thinking of a B2B, therefore few days in Dubai. Suggestions for a golf course? Proximity to port?

The only golf course within the city and the closest to the port is Dubai Creek Golf &  Yacht Club, the others are a bit further from the port. Arabian Ranches,  Emirates Golf Club (2 courses), The Mongomery, The Els Club, Jumeirah Golf Estates (2 couses), Trump National are all on the south side of the city heading out towards Jebel Ali and onward to Abu Dhabi.  A new in city course, Dubai Hills, is scheduled to open shortly and that is quite close to the Downtown (Burj Khalifa) area...
