Error when trying to Sign-up for Meet & Mingle

Been on hold with Royal for over an hour trying to report this issue.

 

The system is currently unable to handle your request for retrieving your reservation.

You dont usually have to go ring Royal to register  - It looks as though their system is down maybe try later.

You should really post this in the RCCL general section   others may have the same problem or be able to help

See you have been trying for a few days and sailing soon.

I would just go to customers services when you get on board and tell them you were not able to register and can they add you to their list.  Alternately if someone says when & where it is in your roll call just go  - they dont check.

Is https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/ccSearch.do the page you are trying to use?

 

Have you used the lower section to see how many are already signed up for your cruise?

Its the RCL site that puts up the error message.

I have seen it happen before. OP sails on 12/2  so I did wonder

if they cut it off at some point. 

Celebrity has the same sort of registration and that is often down.

Really the idea of M&M is so that people who have chatted on the

role call can meet - I often wonder when so few join in the

conversations they still go.

On a previous rccl cruise I did the spreadsheet and I reckon 

between 20 & 30 people turned up who were not on our list.

No- one checked the people who turn up against a list.

Unlike Princess they contribute some decent prizes for a raffle.

More Raffle less Waffle. Thats probably why so many do go. 😉

Hey Broberts - you must have fixed it.

I tried it earlier on US and UK sites and it errored

Just tried again and it works - Think ill go see if I can win a prize!!

Do I have to book a cruise as well!!   😄
