We board the Volendam in February and will be in a Vista.  When you say CC do you mean Credit Card or Cruise Card.  If you mean Credit Card that rather defeats a primary use for the safe for us.

 

If it's Credit Card we unfortunately have never kept our expired ones as has Caribill.

IME, anything with a magnetic strip works.  so bring your AA/CAA card or the card from a hotel  you stayed at pre cruise.  Or your frequent flier card, etc.

 

Your debit card (ATM) will work.  All kinds of options as you will want to have your main credit card in the safe unless you are using it in port.

 

I don't keep expired credit cards either.

Thanks Kazu for offering all those options.  If that's the only nuisance we'll encounter on the Volendam we'll manage famously.  We're looking forward to an escape from winter, round trip from San Diego to Peru.
