I have booked the Divina for Feb 2019. (Booked in May 2018)

I have the drinks on us included, but noticed today that they are offering free w-fi on the same cruise.

Has any one else had success in having it added to an existing booking?

If you are outside final payment you will probably be allowed to switch.  But note that you will also go from Drinks On Us to the Easy package if you booked under that promotion.  While you won't pay the 15% gratuity on drinks upgrading would be much more expensive.  Also note this is not like when they add the Surfer package.  These plans are often smaller, but on your sailing are the same as the Surfer package.

That was allowable on the Surfer and Streamer plans so it should be fine with these.  Each device's usage is tracked and a total usage is also shown.
