Reservations for Escape the Big Top and Behind-the Scenes tour on the Epic

We are sailing Dec. 5th on the Epic and wish to make reservations for Escape the Big Top as soon as we board.  It's our first time on the Epic and wonder what is our best option?  Do we go to the theater box office, a kiosk, or the Consierge desk?  We are platinum level and also wish to book the Behind-the-Scenes tour.  Can it all be done at the same location? If we use a kiosk where are they located?  We already have our dining, shows and shore excursions booked so it is only onboard reservations we are lacking.  Any additional Epic insight would be greatly appreciated.

The behind the scenes tour for platinum and above guests needs to be booked with the cruisenext desk on embarkation day. There will be a note/instructions in your cabin. Escape the big top can be booked a the box office or kiosk. Concierge usually only assists the suite guest even though its listed as a platinum benefit. Just off the Bliss yesterday and did both activities. Best of luck and have fun. Debbie

Escape the Big Top can be booked in person at the box office which is on Deck 6 at the forward elevators.

The Platinum BTS must be booked at the CruiseNext desk Deck 5 midship in the Atrium on Embarkation day.

Spice H20 is big and roomy compared to other ships. The Bliss Ultra lounge is also big and comfortable (esp since they took out the bowling alley). Cavern Club has very limited seating so show up extra early if you want a seat. We have sailed on the Epic 6 times and really enjoy the ship.
